The nominees for this year’s Emmys have been revealed! With the awards ceremony taking place on 18th September, the Emmys celebrate the very best scripted and non-scripted television from the past 12 months.

We are delighted that Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy has received 4 nominations at this year’s awards, including Outstanding Sound Mixing for a Nonfiction Program. A big congratulations to everyone at Raw TV and to our very own Matt Skilton who mixed the nominated episode, Calabria.

“Stanley Tucci: Searching for Italy is the perfect blend of stunning visuals, sound recording and amazing food. It was an incredibly fun project to work on and we loved bringing the different sights and sounds of Italy to life.

The success to a great mix begins from the original recordings on location. The recording of the audio was very well thought out and that has translated all the way through the Offline right to the final mix. It was an honour to work with Stanley and the team at Raw TV on the project and the icing on the cake has to be that it’s nominated at this year’s Emmys.”
