ENVY CAPTURE Doubles Its Team

With an increase in demand for CAPTURE’s services, the team have expanded over the past 12 months, enabling them to take on simultaneous projects and being able to scale up their rigs and workflows. CAPTURE have welcomed 4 new members of their team, joining Head of Operations, Ricky Martin and Solutions Architect, Toby Weller. As a result of their incredible work, the team have been nominated for 'Tech Team of the Year' at the 2024 Broadcast Tech Innovation Awards.
Dominika Tomosvary, Location Supervisor
Garreth Cook, Location Supervisor
Garreth joined CAPTURE as a Location Supervisor this year, following his successful freelance work with our team. With extensive experience in on-set management, Garreth creates inventive workflows that secure and streamline the delivery of our productions. His background includes teaching EVS and Avid in multi-cam broadcast TV at Middlesex University, and he started his career as an edit assistant in factual television before moving into unscripted content. His first collaboration with CAPTURE in 2021 marked a significant move into location workflow, making him a valuable asset to the team.
Jack Douglas, Senior Record Engineer
We are excited to announce that Jack has joined our engineering team. With 16 years of experience as a post-production engineer and 8 years specializing in location workflow and engineering. Jack has worked on high-profile projects in diverse locations worldwide, including Thailand, Chile, and New Zealand. His expertise in navigating and optimizing complex technical setups in challenging environments makes him a significant addition to the team.
Phoebe Jeffrey, Technical Coordinator
The final addition to CAPTURE’s lineup is Phoebe as the teams dedicated Technical Coordinator. Phoebe joined ENVY as a Runner in June 2022 after completing the ENVY Academy program. She quickly advanced through the Offline department, gaining extensive knowledge of Offline workflows, before completing jobs with the CAPTURE team onset. Phoebe will be assisting Ricky Martin with the logistics and planning of CAPTURE’s upcoming projects, bringing her keen eye for production and strong organizational skills to the team.
