Who We Are

Since opening in 2006, ENVY has acquired a wealth of experience working across a wide breadth of projects including documentary, entertainment, factual entertainment, scripted and shortform. Our collaborative approach to every project keeps our clients’ needs at the heart of everything we do. ENVY’s reputation as the industry leading post house is testament to the strength of these relationships and has been instrumental in our success. Over the years we have delivered countless projects, and these continue to fill the schedules every day – from single documentaries to multi-episodic series for a range of clients across the world.

We are very proud that our work has been recognised with multiple high-profile awards and fortunate to have scooped the Best Post Production award six times making us the most decorated post firm in the history of the Broadcast Awards as well as the ‘Top Facility’ as voted by Producers in Televisual’s annual facilities Top 50. Our creative staff has also been honoured with prestigious recognition with numerous awards including RTS, BAFTA The Grierson Awards and Broadcast Awards.
ENVY is a full service, end-to-end post production facility. Our technical setup is second to none, expertly developed to allow flexibility, offering streamlined and bespoke workflows to facilitate almost any requirement. Furthermore, we put every effort in to the design and aesthetic of our facilities in order to inspire and encourage creativity whilst offering unparalleled comfort and customer service. We work hard to make sure that all clients – no matter the size of their project – feel welcome and at home.

How It All Started

Dave Cadle successfully built and ran BLUE Post Production as Managing Director which became a leading post facility for Broadcast and Commercials work in London. Natascha Cadle was working as a Creative Director for a Movie Channel when they joined forces to create ENVY Post Production in 2006 and put various things on the line – their house, reputation and the trust of a fantastic group of people and shareholders who helped start the company.

The original group of 40 people were an incredible motivated and hardworking team and all with the same vision. We all dreamt of creating something truly unique and exciting in Post Production and we saw the opportunity to provide exceptional client collaborations whilst bringing unparalleled levels of service and cutting edge technology in an environment that was both luxurious and practical.

Our original building at Rathbone Place was our first building and we soon realised that we needed more space so established Margaret Street in 2007.
Our Team
Many years on and we now have 5 buildings and our efforts have been rewarded with an ever growing, ever loyal client base and a number of prestigious awards. We know that ENVY owes much of its success to its people. We have amongst the most talented and hard working individuals in the industry. People who share a passion for our craft and who work together to provide a seamless service to our clients. We are also extremely passionate about encouraging the next generation of talent and we formed a specialist training programme in 2008, the ENVY Academy. Fourteen years on and over 60% of ENVY’s workforce being a product of the Academy.
