ENVY win at the Broadcast Awards 2025

We are thrilled to have been named Best Post Production House at the 2025 Broadcast Awards. The ceremony, which took place at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, is one of the biggest events on the television calendar with talent from production companies, broadcasters, post houses and onscreen talent coming together to celebrate the past 12 months of television.

This Years Winners

ENVY: Best Post Production House

The 2025 Awards marked the 7th time that we have scooped the prize for Best Post Production House, in what was a very competitive category and a challenging year for the post production community as a whole. We would like to thank the entire ENVY team for all their hard work and dedication over the past year to make this possible and to our clients we have collaborated with over the past year, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your ground-breaking productions.

Best Documentary Series

Story Films’ 3 part series, To Catch a Copper won the award for Best Documentary Series. Filmed over several years, the series uncovers shocking cases of corruption within the Somerset and Avon Police.

Best Entertainment Programme

Squid Game: The Challenge was a creative and technical challenge which pushed the boundaries of reality television to new levels. Inspired by the Netflix drama, 456 players from around the world took on the same games from the show (minus the death) with the chance to win the largest cash prize in gameshow history. ENVY CAPTURE were on hand providing their expertise with the onset record and media management, covering every bit of the action. Congratulations to Studio Lambert and The Garden Productions for winning Best Entertainment Programme.

Best Multichannel Programme

High: Surviving a Dubai Drugs Bust retells the story of Karl Williams and his friends whose party holiday in Dubai takes a wrong turn. The 5-part series by Blast! Films claims the award for Best Multichannel Programme.

Best Popular Factual Programme

Winning this years Best Popular Factual Programme was Love Productions’ The Piano. In its second series, Claudia Winkleman, Lang Lang and Mika searched for the UK’s best amateur pianists in train stations across the country, all culminating in an unforgettable final concert. The Piano also took the prize of Best Original Programme at the 2024 Broadcast Awards.

Best Independent Production Company

Finally, we’d love to give a special shout out to our friends at Studio Lambert who won Best Independent Production Company for the second consecutive year. Over the past year, we have worked with Studio Lambert on a number of productions including The Traitors UK & US, Squid Game: The Challenge, Gogglebox, Four in a Bed and The Anonymous. Well done to you all!
